Empowering girls and providing access to education for underprivileged children in South Sudan and abroad.

Mari is the President of Stand for Education, Inc., a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization registered in the state of New York that is dedicated to empowering girls in South Sudan and providing access to educational resources; Clothing, Shoes, Backpacks, Books, Uniform, Workshops on personal hygiene and use of hygiene products, Seminars on self-esteem, awareness through public events, such as concerts, fashion shows, art exhibitions or children’s programs. With the help of her partner organization, IMPACTAVILLAGE, Malek Primary School was built in South Sudan.
